I’m lucky enough to have acquired 18+ years of experience in real estate – building startups, teams, innovative systems, and software that have generated over $1Billion in sales. I’m a serial Entrepreneur and Board Advisor, who is constantly innovating and building a portfolio of brands in the Real Estate, Proptech and Hospitality industries.

My About Me:

Mr. Hale is an entrepreneur with a diverse background in real estate, including Home Building & Construction, Mixed-Use Real Estate Development, and Residential/Commercial Real Estate Brokerage.  Patrick was born and raised in Carmel, CA where his family has served the community for over 40+ years. Since 2004 Patrick has been ranked in the top 5% of all real estate professionals in California selling over 400 properties.

In 2012 Patrick became the youngest elected Director in history for the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS and was shortly after appointed as the youngest Director in history for SANDICOR, the San Diego Regional Multiple Listing Service; one of the largest Real Estate MLS systems in the country with over 19,000 real estate subscribers. Patrick has served on numerous Boards of the nation’s largest Real Estate organizations, including the California Association of REALTORS, and has been recognized with several industry awards for his service.

Patrick received his bachelor’s degree in City Planning from San Diego State University (San Diego, CA) where he was awarded the Outstanding Business Student of the Year Award and assisted in founding The Real Estate Society; a non-profit organization that educates college students on all aspects of the real estate industry and connects them with career opportunities.

Prior to founding The Local Realty, Mr. Hale served as Commercial Real Estate Analyst for Grubb & Ellis | BRE Commercial and Branch Manager of Realty Source, Inc. In addition, he served as Development Analyst of Pierce Education Properties, working directly with the CEO developing RFP’s and RFQ’s for multi-million to billion-dollar real estate developments across the US.
